At the end of a long driveway, in the midst of 4 acres of bluebell woods, garden and paddock, Southfield House feels deeply rural yet is within easy driving distance of several larger towns and cities. Alton, with its attractive main street, leisure centre and listed Picture House (cinema) is 2 miles away, while Basingstoke (ice arena, waterpark and cinema), and the historic cathedral cities of Guildford and Winchester are within half an hour's drive. London is just over an hour by train from Alton.

Ground Floor:-

The ground floor main rooms are all open plan making it ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is very spacious and leads to the T.V area with sofas, large flat screen T.V , DVD and Sky HD There is also a pool table. This has a cover and when placed next to the dining table provides seating for 12 people. There is also a formal dining room. The main sitting room also leads off the kitchen and there is a football table and open fire. Both rooms have french doors leading to the patio and garden beyond. There is a B&O surround stereo system througout the ground floor.
There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor:-

Master bedroom with 6ft bed and en-suite shower room.
Double Bed with 5ft bed and bathroom with rolltop bath, hand held shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
Double room with 5ft bed.
Double room with 4ft 6 in bed.
5th bedroom can be made as a single, a twin or a 6ft double.

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until 4pm on Sunday or 10am Monday.

Rates are exclusive of a £25 booking fee. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2% fee.
