Beltingham House was once owned by Lady Mary Bowes-Lyon. Past visitors to the house include the Queen Mother, Princess Margaret and Prince Charles. Now owned by local interior designers, the house had been refurbished to provide a luxurious holiday home in a picturesque setting.

The accommodation comprises of the main house and 2 cottages which are all interlinked to form one large property.

Ground Floor:-
Large sitting room with 2 open fire places and large flat screen T.V. There is plenty of room for the whole group to sit together.
Dining room to seat 14.
Kitchen with large fridge / freezer, Electric cooker with hob and dishwasher.
Through the doorway from the kitchen you reach the sitting room of the first cottage. This has an open fireplace and another kitchen also with electric over, fridge and dishwasher.
Shower Room.
Through the doorway from the sitting room you reach the second cottage, entering through the kitchen. So you have 2 kitchens just one room away from the main house kitchen, which in turn gives you 3 ovens, 3 fridges and 3 dishwashers!
There is another sitting room also with open fire and T.V.

First Floor:-
Four poster bedroom with 6ft king size bed with en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c
Double room with 6ft king size bed, en-suite shower room with large shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
Double room also with 6ft king size bed and an en-suite shower with wash hand basin and w.c
Double room with 5ft double bed.
House Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
All the bedrooms with the exception of one, can all be accessed from the first floor hallway of the main house.
Double Room with 6ft bed and wash hand basin.
Twin room with wash hand basin.
The bedroom to the smallest cottage at the end is reached via the staircase from the ground floor 3rd sitting room, this has a 5ft double bed and bathroom next door with bath, hand held shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Large garden with views over the countryside.
Ample parking.
BBQ and table and chairs to seat 14.
There is also a walled garden available for guests use and woodland surrounding the property.

Please note no smoking is allowed in the property. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome at Beltingham House.

We are open from 10am - 8.00pm weekdays and 9 - 4pm on Saturdays Alternatively please fill out the form located on the Contact Us Tab and we will contact you. You may also reserve weekly booking online (please call to reserve weekend breaks).

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until Midday Sunday or 10am on Monday. Mid week bookings are from 4pm Monday until 10am Friday at 70% of the weekly total.
