This Georgian Town House was one of the first Gentleman's residences in York. It is located approximately 8 minutes walk from the centre of York. The house is located over 3 floors (please note that the house is to the left of the front door - the windows to the right are a separate house with separate entrance to the side).

Large private enclosed garden with decking area, BBQ and table and chairs.
Parking for 4 cars.

All electricity, fuel, linen and towels are included in the rental.

To reserve the property your can call us on 01845 597614. We are open from 9am - 8.30pm weekdays and 9 - 5pm at weekends. Alternatively please fill out the form below and we will contact you. You may also reserve weekly booking online (please call to reserve weekend breaks).

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until 10am Sunday. Mid week bookings are from 4pm Monday until 10am Friday.

Please make sure you have read our Booking Terms & Conditions We recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
