The Old Granary has been imaginatively restored to provide very spacious accommodation for up to 14 people. Part of the property was a former Victorian Granary and the other half a railway warehouse. Situated in Burton Agnes, the house is only a few miles from Bridlington and 20 minutes drive from York. It's an ideal house for a special occasion or just a relaxing weekend. There is an 8 seater hot tub, a huge decked patio and BBQ area and a games room with a snooker table and darts, so plenty to keep you entertained.

Ground Floor:-

Large entrance hallway with sofa and chairs.
Dining hall which has 2 dining tables that you can arrange as a big square or a long table or in a T shape, whichever suits your needs.
Kitchen with large double oven, 7 ring hob, large american sized fridge / freezer. The kitchen is next to the dining room and also has a door leading to the patio and BBQ area so ideal for eating indoors or out.
Double bedroom with king size bed plus 2 single day beds (these can be used as sofas during the day) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash hand basin and w.c
Double bedroom with a 6ft zip link bed which can be made as 2 singles.

First Floor:-

The sitting room occupies the whole of the first floor of the former granary (left side of the building) and is accessed via a spiral staircase from the dining room. There is seating for 14 plus a large wide screen T.V, Sky HD, DVD and Stereo.
Master suite with 6ft super king bed and lounge area with sofa, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, double wash hand basins and w.c.
Double bedroom with 2 x 6ft zip and link beds which can both be made as doubles or singles, also with an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.

Outside:-
Large decked patio area with BBQ, tables and chairs and an 8 seater hot tub.
Separate games room with snooker table and darts board available from July 2010
Grassed garden area.
Ample parking space.

Indian head massage from £7.50.
This treatment will introduce you to the tradition of Indian head massage. It will involve the massaging of the shoulders, arms, head and neck. This will stimulate the scalp and ease away eye strain, tension, headaches and stress, leaving you feeling revitalised and ready to face the world. The client remains fully clothed, ideally wearing a thin top or tee shirt.
Back massage from £7.50
One of the most popular treatments. This massages concentrates on the area of the body that carries stress and tension from such things as everyday tasks, posture or stress. Afterwards your aches and pains will be reduces or will of even disappeared. Leaving you feeling at ease.
Face, neck and shoulder massage from £7.50
This gentle massage helps to relieve headaches and release tension in the shoulders and face, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Japanese hand massage from £ 7.50.
A gentle massage of the hands and arms. This wonderful treatment for one of the most overused parts of the body. Helping to relieve aches and pains and alleviate stress.
Thai foot massage - from £12.75.
This is not only the massaging of the feet, but also it incorporates the legs too. With elements of shiatsu and Chinese massage, reflexology and yoga, this treatment helps to promote general health and a feeling of well being -treatment time 30 mins.
Reiki - From £12.75.
A natural form of healing, that is safe for everyone. With the client fully clothed, the therapist places her hands in different positions on the body. Energy channelled into the client, helps to encourage the body to heal physically, mentally and emotionally - treatment time 30 mins.
Manicure, Pedicure and nail treatments from £ 12.00.

Please note no smoking is allowed in the property. Pets welcome at discression of owner.

As the  original properties formed part of Burton Agnes Station (now redundant), the property does back onto the railway. This line carries smaller trains between Bridlington & Hull which are no longer than 2 carriages and pass the house twice an hour up until approximately 10.30 at night. The property is double and triple glazed reducing noise from the  trains which lasts approximately 5 - 10 seconds and if you had the T.V or music on you would probably not hear it at all. Beyond the line are open fields which you can see in the photo gallery. The track is not readily accessable from the house or garden.

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until 10am Sunday. Mid week bookings are from 4pm Monday until 10am Friday.

Weekends are from Friday at 4pm until Sunday 10.30am or Monday 10am for 3 night stays.
Mid Week Breaks are from Monday 4pm until Friday 10am and are 70% of the weekly total.
