The cottage was built circa 1595. It is a charming property with winding staircases and even a lookout tower with views across the harbour and salt marshes. The property has plenty of character with open beams in many rooms and a wood burning stove in the sitting room. It is an ideal cottage for a family seaside holiday, the cottage is less than a minute from the quay side.

Ground Floor:-
Entrance Hall leading to Kitchen / Diner and downstairs shower and cloakroom.
Sitting Room with wood burning stove, T.V with Freeview and DVD. There is a doorway to the enclosed garden.
There are 2 staircases one from the hallway and one from the sitting room which lead to the:-

First Floor:-
Twin bedded room.
Bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and w.c
Double Bedroom - there is a doorway and stairs from this room which lead to the second floor twin bedroom.
Second Floor:-
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom is accessed from the staircase leading from the first floor double. There is a bathroom in the middle accessed from both bedrooms. It has a bath, hand held shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Third Floor:-
Attic bedroom with low ceilings and beams (there is restricted height in parts of the room). The bedroom has a double bed and a doorway and stairs that lead to the lookout tower.
Outside:-
Enclosed garden with table and chairs and BBQ.
There is space for two cars on the street directly opposite the house. However should you need additional spaces or these spaces are taken there is a short stay car park at the top of Juckilings Yard. There is also a long stay car park at Wells Stearmans Yard - Wells NR23 1BA - rates are approximately £5 a day or £30 per week. Visit North Norfolk for more information.

Due to the age of the building staircases are narrow, winding and steep, we do not recommend this property for anyone with walking difficulties.

Please note that no smoking is permitted anywhere inside the house.

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until 10am Sunday or Monday. Mid week bookings are from 4pm Monday until 10am Friday at 70% of the weekly total.
